The Solitex Mento membranes have an actively vapor open, monolithic layer of TEEE film that is extremely waterproof – its vapor open properties allows for unimpeded outward drying and for additional safety in high R-value walls and roofs for cold climate high performance.

INTELLO Plus is a smart vapor retarder that provides a first class air barrier for thermal insulation in roofs, walls and floors. More importantly it gives structural systems a previously unachievable degree of protection from structural damage (from condensation), even under extreme climatic conditions, due to its intelligent vapor retarding properties.

We recommend using Rockwool Comfortbatt Insulation. It is a thermal and acoustical insulation made from inorganic stone and does not support mold or fugus growth. Additionally, this stone wool insulation is non-combustible and will not developsmoke or promote flame spread, even when directly exposed to fire, as most other insulation materials will. Comfortbatts are perfect for either wood or metal stud construction. This insulation is sold separately and is most cost-effective to source locally.

Lunos eGO is an all-in-one room ventilation system with a built-in regenerative heat recovery core, perfect for a Tiny Home. Actually two units are recommended for trailors exceeding a 20-ft length.

The fan’s regenerative core is charged by the oscillation of fan direction. During each cycle, fans take turns exhausting indoor air, which charges the regenerative core. Air flow then reverses and incoming air absorbs the stored heat at 85% tested efficiency. Ventilation rates: 3-12 CFM in heat recovery mode, up to 27 CFM in exhaust mode.

For trailer sizes longer than 20 - 22 feet, a second Lunos ventilation unit is included.

SOLITEX Mento Plus--A 4 layer heavy duty underlayment for airtight roofing assemblies. It can be exposed and used as temporary dry-in stage. It is also used to net dense pack insulation in exterior wall without sheathing. The reinforced grid minimizes stretching during dense pack insulation directly behind it – its vapor open properties allows for unimpeded outward drying and for additional safety in high R-value walls and roofs for cold climate high performance, comfortable homes.

The reinforced vapor open weather resistant barrier (WRB) or roof underlayment for vented roofs that can be used without exterior sheathing:
• to cover insulation.
• as dense pack blow-in netting for cellulose etc.

SOLITEX Mento 1000 is a 3-layer vapor open housewrap that is an extremely strong WRB for underlayment and rainscreen application. It provides superior weather protection and can cover insulation, plywood, OSB and ext. gypsum-board.

Both Mento membranes have an actively vapor open, monolithic layer of TEEE film that is extremely waterproof – and outperforms perforated/stretched WRBs/underlayments both in outward drying potential as well as air-tightness. It is much more vapor open then any sheathing, easier to apply and very durable – can also be used in pre-fab panels and as temporary weatherproofing.
